AI VOICE AGENTS · DAVIE, SOUTH FLORIDA + REMOTE
AI receptionists that answer, qualify and hand off
Missed calls are missed customers. An AI voice agent answers every call, asks the questions your team would ask, records the answers and passes a clean summary to a person. Some people call them AI employees. We build them as agents with one clearly defined job, firm limits, and a human behind them.
We built one for our own phone line
We built an AI receptionist for the Triple Seven main line. It tells callers they are speaking with a virtual receptionist, then collects the details a salesperson needs: name, callback number, email, business, the service they want, budget, timeline and the best time to call back. It reads the phone number and email back to the caller before ending the call, answers in Spanish when the caller speaks Spanish, and offers a callback from Joshua instead of pretending it can transfer.
Before it took a real call, we ran it through a suite of simulated conversations, including rushed callers and off-topic questions. Every call is scored afterward on two questions: was the lead captured, and did the agent avoid inventing anything.
What we build
- AI receptionists: answer every call, capture the details, and send a summary to your inbox or CRM.
- Lead qualification: ask your qualifying questions and route good leads to the right person.
- Appointment requests: collect preferred times and confirm through your team or your scheduling tool.
- After-hours and overflow: pick up when the office is closed or every line is busy.
- Website voice and chat assistants: the same agent on your site, with consent before any details are saved.
Built into a real phone system
Voice agents are part of the phone platforms we build. Callata, our business phone system, connects AI agents to business numbers and passes each call the context it needs. Agents can keep your existing number through call forwarding or a SIP connection, so customers dial the same number they always have.
The limits matter as much as the script
A good agent knows what it must not do. We define it in writing before launch:
- It discloses that it is an AI assistant.
- It does not confirm prices, appointments or contracts your team has not approved.
- It does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
- It hands off to a person when a caller asks, or when a call falls outside its job.
Call-recording rules vary by state, and Florida requires the consent of everyone on the call. We build disclosure and consent into the greeting, and we recommend you confirm the requirements for your business with counsel.
Questions
Can it use my existing business number?
Usually, yes. Most setups forward calls from your current number to the agent, or connect through your phone provider. We confirm the right option after reviewing your phone setup.
What happens when a call is too complex?
The agent takes a message with the caller details and the reason for the call, and your team calls back. Where your phone system supports it, calls can be transferred to a person.
Where do the call details go?
Each call produces a structured summary that can be emailed, added to your CRM, or sent to another system through a webhook.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
It depends on call volume, the length of calls, the integrations and how much the agent needs to know. We quote after reviewing your calls and goals.
Tell us what you want to build
Send your goal, the people it serves, must-have features, budget range and timeline. The website assistant can help capture your brief. Quotes and delivery dates are confirmed by the team.
